"Fraud alert!!!! This company is a fake operated by a Chad Canfield of Cabot Arkansas with several addresses in the surrounding Little Rock metropolitan area. He also operates Mycellaccessories. All information gathered linked his numerous phone numbers, addresses, and businesses which includes a construction company. It appears he utilizes cell phones from the Little Rock exchange and discards them when he realizes the jig is up. Do not purchase anything from either site."

"I've ordered an item from them on eBay at approximately this time last month and have yet to receive the item. I do not have the item number on eBay because they were suspended as an eBay member so my item was removed.

The item I ordered was a silicone case for a Motorola phone.

It's been almost a calendar month and no item. I have tried to contact them on eBay and I have tried e-mailing (using both their domain's e-mail and what's listed on their WHOIS) and there has been no response. I have tried phoning them, but the phone number listed on their website doesn't answer, and the number on their domain's WHOIS is wrong.

The USPS tracking number they gave me was a fake, according to USPS and I'm quite inclined to believe them.

"I paid for an Ebay item from this seller the same day as I won the auction. A few days later I recieved a shipping notice that my item was shipped. After non-receipt of item I sent several emails but no reply. Finally recieved item. "Your seller, nahnahrenee, is not reputable. I bought an item on Dec 31, 2007; paid immediately. Was notified item had been shipped, but about three weeks later and several emails to your seller with no response, I left a NEUTRAL feedback concerning the delay and nonexistent communication. After this I received negative feedback from the seller. Subsequently, was advised that seller wanted to mutually agree to withdraw feedback - which I agreed to. To this day my original feedback from this seller shows on my feedback history as "Sorry for bad experience." I would like this removed as I have never had any feedback other that positive/excellent/fast payment, etc. I read several situations similar to mine in the customer reviews on your website. Thank you.

"NOT WORTH DEALING WITH. NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL. RETALIATE FOR NEUTRAL FEEDBACK WITH NEGATIVE FEEDBACK!

I bought an item from nahnahrenee on dec 21st and paid immediatly via paypal. I received acknowledgment of payment and a note saying the item would be shipped within 3 days.
Same day I bought another article from another seller in the States (I am in Canada) via the same carrier (1 st class usps). I received this article end of december. I knew it was the end of year, Xmas time, New eve, etc so I let a few days and I began to email nahnahrenee asking for the status of my shipping. I sent 3 mails on different dates and NEVER GOT ANY ANSWER from nahnahrenee.
I finally received the item later in january. So I left a neutral feedback on ebay saying I received the item but there was a lack of communication with this seller.
I am not a frequent ebay buyer so when I checked my account today I was surprised to see I had a 66.7% positive feedback! I bought 3 articles from ebay sellers , got 2 positive comments and one negative from nahnahrenee saying:"Sorry for the poor Ebay experience".
What a joke!

I can deal with a late delivery. It can happen: problem on seller's side, problem on carrier's side, whatever... but I don't accept the total silence from the seller and the negative feedback in retaliation for my neutral feddback.

"eBay item number 120218114310.

Not worth dealing with these people. Won auction for cable for the T-Mobile Wing. Paid on time as I do with all eBay auctions. Cable was shipped fast but was the incorrect cable. Sent at least 3 emails requesting assistance. Allowed at least 2 weeks for response. No response whatsoever. Left negative feedback due to the (below) poor after-sale service. But just like "cheesemonkeyboy", I received negative feedback as in revenge or retaliation, whatever you wish to call it. My opinion is steer clear from this store. Not worth the hassle.

"Hello,
On January 31th I purchased from this store,1 battery formy Motorola cell phone + 1 car charger.
Items where paid IMMEDIATLY through PAYPAL.The seller acknoledge receipt and promise to inform me very soon of the shipment.NOTHING came,so I wrot at least 6 Email to complain but NO answer was ever given.
After 1 month I put a complain to Paypal,they have written to the seller but until now,no answer as well.I then decided to leave 2 negative feedbacks to him and to my utter surprise he woke up immediatly and as a revenge dare to give me 2 negatives feedback,saying that I never wrote any message asking why I did'nt receive my purchase!!!!!!Not bad is'nt it.
I wrote to Ebay to complain,their first answer was"We cannot do anithing",so I wrote again and finally they agree to withdraw my 2 bad feedbacks and to keep the 2 on NAHNAHRENEE.
This is my first and las experince with this crook and I wanted the others ebayers to know about it
Please be carefull and keep away from them

Item Paid by by Buy it Now/Pay-Pal... Gave a feedback to seller as follows QUICK SHIPPING! But first time using the thing it broke....For sure not O.E.M .. Verizon store confirmed it was a cheap knock off and sold me a working O.E.M. for half price. I've been a loyal member of EBay since 5/99 without a single bad mark to my record and now these Clowns selling garbage wish to ruin my good name when I give them a neutral feedback not because of shipping matters but quality they pay me back like this!!!!

"DO NOT BUY FROM SELLER!!!

I won my auction via EBAY on Feb. 5th and also paid for my item the VERY SAME DAY. It took almost 2 weeks for my item to get here. I had waited a few days after paying for my item to contact anyone to ask when my item had been shipped and what the tracking number was, I FINALLY received an email a week later stating that my item had shipped.

When I received my item I gave nahnahrenee a neutral feeback, because of the shipping time being very slow and them not communicating with me on various things. The VERY next day I got an email asking to mutually withdraw my neutral feedback, in which I was not willing to do so. Nahnahrenee left a negative feedback on my account a couple of days later stating "sorry for the poor ebay experience".

I think as a seller you need to step up your game and be a little better at communicating with your customers and such. I am currently trying my hardest to get the negative feedback taken off of my account. If you were to look at my previous purchases from other sellers, they have ALL left POSITIVE feedback and nothing else!!! So I don't really understand why I was given a negative feedback when the item I purchased was paid for in full when the auction ended that day. And I never gave nahnahrenee any other problems for her to give me that feedback. In my opinion it is PURE RETALIATION just as the pevious people have commented!

"I Will Never buy a Item form this seller again, I got 2 cell phone covers I want to pay now and got combined shipping for them I used pay pal to pay for them on 1-11-08. I got back 2 unpaid strikes on my E bay account on 1-31-2008 , when i emailed her from her web page Mycellaccessory.com to tell her that i had Verified payment that i could sent to her, she never responded. If you look at her feed back a lot of her comments are for not responding to emails. So i went to e bay and asked for user information request on 2-2-2008. I call her that day and several times after with no answer.

The only way i got her to contact me was to go to an item that was for sell On 2-9-2008 and ask sell a question. She did respond to that, This is what she said “Well you can complain to pay pal because their software never reported it as being paid. ALSO THIS IS THE FIRST EMAIL WE HAVE FROM YOU! We do have a user info request from you but NO EMAILS! Sorry for the feedback you will be receiving”. E bay is set up if you ask for info on someone it is sent to you and them .So all my information was sent to her too, she did not try to call me after she seen that i asked. Unlike her all my info was and is up to date. The next day i left negative feedback

Feb-10-08 **Warning** had to get refund from PAYPAL! After Geting Dispute For Unpaid ITEM

This was what she said

On Feb-10-2008 Pay pal never reported item as paid. BUYER LEFT NFB WITHOUT CONTACT!

So now i have a clam with pay pal to get my payment back . The point is not that my payment is only 13 dollars. but if this happened as least 6 to 8 times a week that add up to a lot of money after a while and she is getting it all for free because ever one might says it only 13 dollars. 13 dollars X 8 times a week = 104 a week 104 X 4 weeks = 416 a month (that is half my rent) That she might be getting for free because its just 13 dollars this time.

"I paid for an Ebay item from this seller the same day as I won the auction. A few days later I recieved a shipping notice that my item was shipped. A month later with no return emails from them I applied to dispute the transaction. A few days later I recieved another shipping notice that the item was shipped. I recieved the item about a month and a half after I paid for it. Still no return emails from the seller. I left nutral feedback for the seller because I did eventually recieve the item. Within a day the seller left negative feedback for me saying, "sorry for the bad transaction". I am currently trying to have the retalitory feedback taken off of my account. The seller has tried to have both of us mutually retract the feedback which I refuse to do. This is obviously the sellers method to try and keep his feedback good."

"DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER = WILL RETALIATE FOR NEUTRAL OR NEGATIVE FEEDBACK!!! 338 NEGATIVE FEEDBACKS LEFT ON 2-5-2008 IN THE SPAN OF 10 MINUTES! ALL COMMENTS WERE THE SAME = "Sorry for the poor eBay experience".


I ordered two small items from MyCellAccessory.com / nahnahrenee (on eBay = another place this seller does a lot of, or the most, business) on 11-13-2007 & 11-14-2007. nahnahrenee's own auction stated "Item is in stock and ready to ship immediately from United States" for both items. I selected "Buy it now" on 11-13-2007 for one item, and 11-14-2007 for a second item = nahnahrenee never responded to my e-mail about how to combine shipping before I purchased the second item. I went ahead and paid for both items on 11-14-2007 (during the payment process, combined shipping automatically occurred).

Items did not ship until 11-20-2007. This was not "ready to ship immediately"! There was no statement in either auction about allowing 6-7 days for handling time before shipping, nor was there ever an e-mail sent to me saying something like, "Sorry for the late shipping" or "Hey, I've been sick" or ... The MyCellAccessory.com Shipping Policy states, "MyCellAccessory.com does guarantee timely processing and fulfillment of all IN-STOCK items upon placement of order (usually within 1-2 business days)."

I e-mailed nahnahrenee twice after receiving my items to indicate that I did not feel I could leave positive feedback = that I wanted to leave neutral feedback due to these items not ending up being "ready to ship immediately" as stated, but that I was contacting nahnahrenee first as nahnahrenee requested me to do in auto-generated e-mails received from nahnahrenee. nahnahrenee never responded to my e-mails, so I left neutral feedback on 12-7-2007 = neutral feedback which DOES NOT count against nahnahrenee's feedback rating.

On 2-5-2008 nahnahrenee left me negative feedback which DOES count against my feedback rating! nahnahrenee left me negative feedback for paying well within nahnahrenee's window of payment stated on nahnahrenee's auction of 72 hours! How is it that my duty to pay promptly, within 72 hours, was not fulfilled? Pure retaliation!
