"Shipping is a bit of an issue for Mwave.com.
An order shipped (from Carson, CA) on 9/4 (via USPS) has not been received as yet (9/11). So....7 days and counting from CA to AZ. Should I have specified Pony Express?? It would have been faster....."

"I placed an order on 8/31/12. They sent me an email on 9/4 saying order has been shipped and sent me the tracking number. When I looked up tracking number on UPS wen site, it had no information. I emailed them on 9/6 and told them that there is no information on the UPS web site. They replied me on 9/7 saying "We do apologize, for the delay. Your order has been shipped out" and gave me the same tracking number. There was no information again when I checked the number on UPS web site. I emailed them again on 9/9 with no email response. Tried to do live chat on their web site. After I wrote all the information and submit it, live talk window disappeared. I then called them and told the the whole story again. Customer service rep. name Cary also tried to look up the order on the UPS web site and found no information. She put me on hold came back and said it was shipped out on 9/7 for some unknown reason. Item was getting shipped out from another supplier. She also asked me if I want to cancel the order. I said no. She said let me check with finance department. She came back and said they are on lunch. I will call you back and took my number. I will cancel the order if it has not been shipped out yet. I will never buy anything from this place again. There was no apology either from their side either."
