"Purchased a DVD through the Brian Regan web site. It was a little pricy and I got the slowest cheapest shipping, which I feel they charge too much. But since I couldn't find the title anywhere else, it was worth it. I got an immediate e-mail confirming the order and the DVD arrived in 3 days. Overall a good experience. "

"Ordered 2 different $25 limited screen printed posters. A month later I got a package with 1 poster and a note that said I'd be credited for the missing poster. The poster I did receive wasn't even the right version, but I was willing to accept it. I waited a few weeks for my credit but it never happened. I called musictoday and talked to someone and they found no record of any credit. He offered to re-send the poster and I agreed. I waited a month or so and didn't receive anything. I called back and explained the situation. This person said he'd send the package out expedited. I never received the poster. "

"These guys have ok prices and some exclusive merchandise, but their shipping and handling costs are WAY too expensive for what you're getting. Paying almost 9 bucks to priority mail ship a CD and t-shirt is outrageous; they could use UPS or FedEx for that price."
