"Took the money printed a shipping label never ship product. Nobody answers the phone or returns messages. Just a scam."
"Bought some guitar pickups. Specified the color black. In the notes of the order I reminded them, that I really,really needed black pickups, NOT white. Got a invalid tracking # for the shipment from them. I sent them several emails requesting a valid tracking # - never a reply. Pickups came 3 weeks later - in the wrong color. Tried reaching them on the phone on 5 different days, and every time there was a message, saying no one was there. Finally 6th attempt I got hold of someone - who promised to then send me some black pickup covers free of charge. They never appeared. Now it's back to calling a never answering number. I'm done with this company -total waste of time"
"The customer service for this company is very slow. I sent over numerous emails asking the situation of the shipment. After nearly 50 days they replied and reshipped the goods! If you are not prepared to spend a good amount of time dealing with them then take your business elsewhere.

"A miserable experience. Paid for 2nd day air shipping and received ground shipping and no refund. Worse than that they took 5 days to even take the package to be shipped. Customer support was flippant in emails and hard to reach by phone. "
