"I ordered whey protein on 23rd Sept., 2018 to be delivered to Hyderabad, India. The M & S given confirmation of my order on 25th September, 2018. The DHL ecommerce handed over the stuff to the Indian Post on 2nd Oct. Their duty was over. The stuff was stuck in customs for a period of 3 day without any reasons. Atlast it reached to my area ie. Post office on 15th October, 2018. Actually the postal people has to come and delivery of my stuff to my address but simply dropped a message stating that my stuff was at post office. So I went local pos office and collected on 16th Sept. by paying customs charges. So nearly 21 days time has taken. So this is embarassing. So I suggest the Muscle and Strength to give option to courier through fedex services instead of DHLE commerce. since the fedex charges are very less and we can see continuing tracking. The courier charges by the DHLE are more and also they will take long period with limited tracking. Further their services end by handng over the stuff to Indian Post at Mumbai. So I dont suggest to order through muscle and strength thrugh DHLE commerce unless if there is option of FEDEX services.

"I was provided with wrong tracking codes and misleading information when it came to a refund. They even sent me an email saying I've been issued a refund but the money never arrived. When I tried to contact them, they never replied to any of those messages. I got my money back finally thanks to PayPal buyer protection.
It is not about duties and taxes in my country (Muscle and Strength clearly said that they will refund me and I should inform DHL to return the package to seller). They provided me with wrong tracking codes, so I'd think that the package was still being shipped but in reality, they've got it back weeks ago with a different tracking code. When they got caught lying, they stopped replying to me and Muscle & Strength never refunded me, I had to get my money reversed through PayPal buyer protection."

"Their "buy one, get one free" promo should be labeled "buy one, get one of what we cannot sell" promo. When I saw my shipment, I contacted "customer service." They tried explaining to me why I got the box of bars I ordered and a flavor I did not want. When I requested a mailing label, I was told that they do not do that. I had to ask a few times to even get a mailing address. Who wants to wait on line at the post office to return one box of bars. By the time I pay for shipping, I've lost the benefit of their sale. "
