The first incident was actually UPS' fault as they delivered my supplements to the wrong address. MuscleShoppe quickly took care of the situation and my package arrived only a couple of days late. The second issue was with a couple of boxes of expired protein bars, but after explaining the situation, they refunded me AND let me keep the bars :).
