"Ordered 2 Fitbit Alta HR's from MSO Outlet Store on 9-22-17 and paid thru PayPal. Six days later I received two letters from macys.com advising that my orders could not be processed, that I would not be charged, and that no refund was due. I called the number noted in the letters and was advised that each order was paid with a different Macy's card, each of which was not in my name, even though the order was to ship to me at my address. They could not tell me more other than that the orders would not be filled. I then filed a claim with Paypal as it appeared I would not be getting my order filled. Several days after that, I received six more letters from macys.com, each again advising that my orders could not be processed. However, this time, the letters were addressed to me with several different middle initials, and some of the letters were addressed to different apartment numbers at my single family residence. Paypal gave MSO Outlet Store 10 days to respond to my claim, however, they did not do so. After the 10 days, PayPal refunded my money. At no time did I receive any type of confirmation from MSO Outlet Store concerning my order. I was able to get an Invoice Number from a PayPal email after I filed the claim. I would suggest staying away from this outfit."
"I ordered Fitbit Alta a week ago. Haven't received any emails with order information. My order is not shown in the history of orders. The Contact Phone number provided on Msoretail site is not in service. I sent out the email to the Customer Service and got no response. But the transaction charge is already went trough my Credit Card.
I wish I read all the reviews from this year before ordering. I am going to dispute it now through PayPal."
"I ordered 4 bulbs from msoretail.com. Instead I received 1 bulb (2 different shipment) from MUSIC123. I had no idea who MUSIC 123 is and why there was only 1 bulb per box. They ship for Walmart. They asked me if I placed an order on Walmart. I said no. MUSIC 123 didn't have my credit card number. So how did these bulbs get here?
It turns out Vy Nguyen (contact info listed for msoretail.com) ****@****, place the order on Walmart for 2 bulbs.
When I contacted Paypal, Vy used the tracking number for Walmart delivery (of 1 bulb) as proof of delivery.
So I paid for 4 bulbs, he sent 2 bulbs and he kept the difference.
TOTAL SCAM.
The contact phone number for msoretail.com is disconnected and they don't respond to emails.
I reported this to Paypal and they were able to recover half of my cost. "
"The seller took my money immediately but never sent me any emails, never responded to any attempts at communication, and the phone number on their website is fake. They never sent me what I paid for until I opened a dispute with PayPal, and even then they only sent me 2 items out of the 6 that I purchased. When I did finally receive the incomplete order, it came from Bed Bath and Beyond (???) and the included invoice indicated that they paid BB&B more per item than I paid MSORetail, indicating to me that they were hoping that they could get away with not fully completing the order thereby making a profit. This website is a SCAM, do NOT do business with them, they will only cause you headache and steal your money. The positive reviews on this site are likely fake as well."

"I needed to upgrade an old version of Microsoft Project, but didn't want to pay the $500+ for the new version. Plus, my computer is still using Windows 7 Pro so I wasn't sure the new MS Project 2016 would work. I ordered a prior version from MSORetail and was able to download it right away. I did have to wait for a day or so to get an email with the activation code. The installation was good and the program is working great. I only wish there had been more descriptive info on the MSORetail site that described the whole process so I didn't have to keep my fingers crossed. Ultimately, the code came, the program activated, it works great and I saved $400! "
