"Called in and ordered an Heat Exchanger. CSR not only answered all of my questions but saved me from ordering the wrong part (even though Mercruiser documented the incorrect part number). She made sure I got the seals that re not included as well. I called back several hours later to order the same part for my second engine and it was even easier, and accommodated shipping the parts at no additional shipping since the parts had not gone out yet. The exchanger came the next day, and the second the following (due to me missing the cutoff), but no surprise - I was already advised this would happen during the second order.
