"100% complete and utter failure to do anything but act like a scamming company. I order almost $300 worth of material on their site. They had no problem taking my money, but now that it is past time it should have already shipped, they claim they don't have it and can't get it. I still don't have my money back, so I'll disputing the charge with my credit card company. Get a clue Mr Supply. Trustworthy companies don't charge credit cards when they don't even have, can't get, and probably have never been able to get this product."

Horrible customer service. I had an issue with a product I ordered through MrSupply. I talked to people there several times since January 2018 and each time they tell me to tweak certain things with the motion light (change light bulb, move sensor, etc. ). I'd call back when those things didn't work and they'd tell me they'll look into it and call back. They never call back. During my last call, they told me to email them with the problem and location of lights and they'd get back to me. I received no reply and sent two follow-up emails. Finally, over a month later, they replied with the following email letting me know that the product is past warranty.
"Dear Customer, We apologize about the delayed response, we have reviewed the issue you have presented to us and the RAB LU300W you have purchased from us was from 4/2/2015 and it is past any warranty that it has. Unfortunately we may not be able to further assist you on this matter, perhaps the Manufacturer could provide an exception for you, their contact number is 1-***-***-****.

They can sell you products but their customer service and support is horrible and should get zero stars. They will do anything to not deal with problems.

"I've ordered Leviton receptacles from MrSupply.com. The order was shipped fast (NJ to NY). However I was quite disappointed since unlike the picture on their website the receptacles were without wall plates (other products had pictures without plates, this one was with the plates on the picture). If you read all fine print specifications you'll be able to find that plates are not included. Nevertheless, it is quite misleading to have picture with something not included.
They called me back and said they they ordered plates from manufacture specifically for me since they don't have them in stock, even though they had description saying that the plates are not included. They seemed to do everything to satisfy customer."
