"I ordered this part before i had to leave on a trip, with the expectation that I would be receiving it around the time I came back. When I returned from my trip, I show that the order is still in an awaiting payment state, even though my card was charged.
I have called this guy, today, and have yet to receive a response. It seems as though all he has is a google voice number with an answering machine. Which means they arent working during working hours.
Ill caution anyone from ordering from these guys as its probably just a guy and his computer with INCREDIBLY POOR, customer service. Seems like a hit or miss thing, if you're lucky to get an order in when he is working then great. If not, you seem to be out of luck.
I am writing this in the hope that he will get back to me as he is a "merchant member" here.
Update: I got a message that they shipped today. So I upped them a star, but if they called me I would have just cancelled the order and ordered from someone else. If the differentiation of this place is really solely on price, I would have just paid the extra 3 dollars and ordered on someone who understand that customers are the life blood of their business.

Side Notes:
The email reminder every day I had something in my online cart was annoying. Should tone that down some.

I was concerned my part my not work because it was not wrapped in ESD protective bag, it was just in a spongy foam wrap. However the part worked fine.

"I ordered a motherboard and keyboard for my Dell Inspiron 1121 it only took about 5 days to get them and everything worked so then I ordered another Dell motherboard for my latitude 410d only a couple of days apart and well I just finished rebuilding it and you guessed it..it works. love the speed of service and the greate prices. the only thing that needs to be improved is finding the parts online."

"I ordered a 2nd HDD caddy for Dell Laptop on 09 Feb 2013, the order was marked as shipped on the 11th, USPS showed electronic shipping information received on the 13th. On the 17th, the USPS info hadn't changed so I contacted the seller asking what was going on. I didn't receive a reply!! I, again, contacted the seller on the 19th but this message was ignored, too!! I tried using the chat box on the website but when I typed "I have a question", the chat was closed to the "Contact US" form. After these 3 legitimate tries to contact the seller to check on the status of my order with no response, I contacted PayPal. When PayPal got involved, I received 2 e-mails stating that my order had been refunded and it showed this on the website order page, too. Since it was a time sensitive order which was supposedly being refunded, I ordered the part from an eBay seller (and received it promptly). Then this merchant after notifying me that my order was refunded, SHIPPED the package - a FULL 11 days after the order was placed and 9 days after it was marked as shipped. Since he could show PayPal that it was shipped - he won the dispute (which is being appealed). MrSparePartsOnline is a SHADY, deceitful dealer. I'd advise everyone to search for another merchant website if you want honest dealings. This was the WORST case of outright lies I've ever seen by a supposed reputable dealer!!!! NEVER AGAIN MrSparePartsOnline you're too dishonest for me!!!"
