"They bait you with good prices and then fail to deliver. The company does not carry items on it's web site that it lists 'in stock', lets you order them, fails to contact you and subsequently reniges on their shipping guarantee. They downsold me when I had to call them a week later to inquire on my original order, promised me the new product in a few days and then failed on that too! No answers to emails, long holds etc. Stay away from this company!! Put 'mp3playerstore.com' in any browser and amaze yourself with other horror stories. If you have months to wait and insist on ordering then save yourself some trouble and do it over the phone...more than likely they don't carry the product you want. Better yet, just avoid these scammers."
"This company has the worse customer service of any online business I have ever shopped from.
They did not include a copy of the invoice with my purchase. I need a copy of this invoice for any warrnaty work for this product. When I emailed them with a request for a copy of the invoice they took over a week to reply to my request. Finally when they replied to my email request they said they had no scanner and they would not snail mail me a copy or email it to me. They would only fax it to me. I have since emailed them back telling them that I do not have access to a fax but have received no reply.
Excuse me, but if you can fax it to me, surely you have this invoice on a computer somewhere and you can print it & email it or send it through snail mail. "

"Watch out for these guy's, I returned a defective MP3 player for refund, they charged a restocking fee and the process took over two months. The vendor is Canadian and played the conversion game at my expense. I will not do business with these scammers again."
