"There is no customer services with Movie Mart. I paid $79.99 for DVD of Lost and never received them. I have been trying to get ahold of someone for over a week. No response to emails, nothing. Horrible customer Service, I am researching other options for getting my money back. DON't buy from these people.. Either they are crooks or they have no one attending their only email account and refuse to contact the customer once they TAKE YOUR MONEY."

"They also gave me the number 274, neither of which could they locate when I tried their website "tracking". I ordered 18 days ago and have still not received my items. I would be very hesitant to buy from them again. Seventy dollars is a bit to learn a lesson, but it could have been worse."

"Sadly, ordering from this company was a bad experience. I should have been more careful because I did not realize I was purchasing pirated material. I received my boxed set of dvd's but they were obviously legitimate. I ordered a boxed set of Stargate Atlantis Seasons 1-5 and almost every single disc was scratched or beat up. I would not have ordered if I had known this was pirated. Their return policy states that you can only return damaged discs and not the entire boxed set. This should have tipped me off. Since I couldn't return it, I hoped at least the quality would be decent. It wasn't. At least 10 discs had skipping when I tried to watch which was very annoying. Also, At least 3 discs had 1 unwatchable episode. I tried contacting them per their instructions on the site to at least return the disks that wouldn't play but got no response. Biggest mistake buying from them. "
