Then I received an email from the company informing me that they had been banned from r/gundeals and that since I benefited from their posts I should hep campaign for a repeal of the ban. Upon follow up it turns out they had been attempting to evade rules and restrictions, and now were using their customer email list to get others to fight their battles. It's disappointing to see a company not able to handle problems on their own, especially after I had made sure to opt out of all emails.
I had no trouble with my order, but between the Reddit issues and emails asking for reviews, I wish they'd actually honor the "unsubscribe" button on their emails."
