"I was impressed by how quickly the item I ordered was delivered. Also, I found a lower price than that advertised by Mounts and More; I emailed them (they have an easy web-based form), and they actually came back and beat the price.
I placed the order by phone on Thursday evening; the product arrived Monday! I believe the item was actually "drop-shipped" (shipped direct from the manufacturer, instead of from the retailer's stock). I've had bad experiences with drop shipping (from other merchants) in the past.
The sales person with whom I spoke on the phone was also very nice, courteous and professional.
Friendly service, excellent prices, and unbelievably fast shipping... can't complain!"
"I placed an order in error. I was informed that we didn't get the monitor that the stand was intended for and therefore I didn't need the stand. This was totally my fault for proceeding
prematurely.
Mounts and More Canceled my order and promised to refund to my CC - No Problem at all.

"I bought a mount from this company on July 17th and received it on the 24th. Unfortunately all the parts were not included. The said they would take care of it. It is now the 28th and the part still is not here. When I spoke to the rude customer service rep. about it she said it would not be here til Monday and that it was not unreasonable to wait. I told her that it did not seem unreasonable to her since she wasn't waiting. Needless to say I have purchased two other mounts from them in the past and have recommended them to others for the last time! Stay clear of them. Find the model number of the mount you need and google to find it cheaper from someone else!"

Reguarding riekls very unsatisfied rating I looked at a calander and he ordered on Thurs Nov 10, Friday Nov 11 was Veterans Day and he complained he did not have dilivery by Sun Nov 14. I don't know of any company that could have made that delivery."
