"Placed order for galfer brake lines on December 26th, 2013 with an estimated ship date on December 31st. December 31st came and went with no ship notification which I figured was fine with the holidays and all, come January 6th and the order was pushed back to ship sometime before January 16th, 2014 with no notice to me. I called and inquired what the delay was and they said they were waiting on the lines to arrive from galfer and that they should be here this week. After no ship notification and no parts I called again the next week and inquired again, I was again given the run around and said they should arrive and ship tomorrow the 14th, when again it didn't ship I called again and they said it should go out the 16th. Again the order didn't ship and I called again today on the 20th and they said they would finally call galfer and see what the delay was after almost four weeks of the items not shipping, I asked why I was being told they would arrive the next day and the CS rep said he didn't know and that they were probably giving estimates, based on what I do not know. I canceled the order and will take my business to revzilla which ships on time and has excellent customer service and pricing, I ordered the new pilot road 4s from revzilla and I had them in less than 24 hours after submitting the order, now that was good service."
