"Ordered and paid for helmets online, was sent an email in the middle of a busy work day and consequentially didn't see the email until a few hours later...so even though I paid for the helmets and transaction went through, the helmets were sold from under me and when I called to resolve the matter I was yelled at and hung up on. Fantastic. Now I get to go through the process of disputing the charges. Since the property ordered AND paid for was sold to someone else. "
"When I returned a couple of jackets I was surprised when I checked my bank statement that my refund was significantly different than expected. Turns out I was charged outbound shipping (marketed as FREE). After contacting them, they were completely unwilling to work with me, referencing information which isn't available on the returns FAQ.
There was no notification from the company at any point of the process that this fee would be charged.
Don't claim you have free shipping when you don't. Don't claim you don't have a restocking fee when you do."
