"Ordered a Dainese jacket on-line. Received purchase receipt immediately. Thank you. No shipping notification, or package delivered. After about a week, I contacted them. They asked me if the jacket was still being manufactured and if my order had been cancelled. They then refunded my purchase.

If the jacket was no longer for sale, it should probably have been removed from the site. Or, at minimum, a notice should have been put up saying that the product was no longer in stock. Absent-minded inventory management. Poor customer service. I'm shopping at RevZilla from now on."
