Waiting a month... still no product..

"I placed a significant order.. $167 for motocross clothes and gloves... the gloves were susposed to be on sale for 11.99 but they rang up at 19.99 in error.. i didnt notice until just after I hit pay... so when the email confirming the order came to my inbox, I emailed them about it and also called and left a VM on customer service. One week later, no reply. I called AND emailed again, two weeks later (3 weeks after the order) still no reply... I called again.. .both Customer Service and Sales had no one answer the phone and BOTH of their VMs were full so I could not leave a message... the order was placed ONE MONTH AGO... I have heard nothing from them.. When i look up my order on their website it says "processing" and the prices are still wrong and i was over charged.. going to call my credit card company and contest the charge! AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS"

Was told to "**** off " by the owner Rob

"I ordered an exhaust from Motocrossgiant.com on EBay for $629.00. I paid in full. Was called by owner Rob the next day and he told me they made a mistake in posting the item for that price. He refused to ship the item unless I paid $799. I told him it was already a complete transaction and he should honor his end of the deal. He refused. I made a complaint to EBay. They contacted him and said he had to send the part out or his account could be suspended. He sent me a nice email and called me a "****." I responded telling him that is the most disrespectful way I have ever been talked to from a business and asked what happened to " The customer is always right." Here is his next response word for word " GO **** YOUR SELF, YOU ARE THE MOST UNGRATEFUL CUSTOMER WE HAVE HAD IN 16 YEARS OF BUSINESS. I'm sorry but a company should never talk to a customer like this, even if the customer is unruly (which I was not). That shows he doesn't cherish our business. I would never shop here again and advise anybody else to go elsewhere. It's evident in their reviews that this was not an isolated incident. Please see reviews before thinking of ordering here! "

Terrible customer service!

"I've worked in customer service and I can tell you this company such at it! I paid almost 20.00 to get my order in time for Christmas (followingthe exact directions their website said to do to ensure shipping) and when I got notified of the shipment, it was going to be 3 days late. When I called, the lady was so rude and snippy, interrupted me several times, then basically told me it's not their problem I paid extra for shipping. When my husband called later to get reimbursed for at least the shipping, she actually hung up on him! I wish I'd have researched them before odering."

"No integrity. Terrible customer service. These people accept coupon codes on their website but when you use them they don't honor them and try to tell you what they pay for their items like it's your fault and you should feel bad for them. On top of that they wait a week to even let you know they cant sell you the item at the price you paid them but will do it for retail all while they have held on to your money. But not before making BS excuses like "our email system was down" even though they have your phone number. So many losers in this industry and this is one of them."

"I must say that after ordering from motocross giant I was concerned by the reviews as there was an initial delay in my order being processed. After contacting their customer services they advised that an item had been received damaged which had caused the delay. The immediately rectified the matter by upgrading the freight to FEDEX priority which meant I ended up with the goods within the originally specified time. The gear was perfect and the service was great.
Thanks again to Shane and the team. Excellent value, awesome service, great product

"Allmost a month now and not only no parts my last two emails have been ignored!!!

"THIS COMPANY SUCKS!!!!!!!!! I wish I could broadcast it on their website to keep people clear of them. I ordered from them in November in order to get the order by Christmas. Half the items showed up a day or two before Christmas (Note: that's over a month right there). These items ONLY showed up because I called them because I had not yet received a shipping confirmation. This is the kicker: when I called them, they told me 2 out of the 4 items were backordered so they weren't shipping any of the items! I told them that was STUPID and that I needed what they had in stock. That's how I got 2 out of the 4 items. Sometime after Christmas, I received one more item. At the beginning of January, my husband called the company and they said the final item was coming into stock that day and they would ship it out immediately, I even receive a shipping confirmation the next day. It is now nearly the end of January, and I still am missing that item. So we called them again, just to find out it's still backordered and they claimed to have never sent a shipping confirmation. So now I'm supposed to get a refund (nearly 3 months later and back where I started), though I'm scared this won't happen in a timely fashion either. The customer service is beyond beyond beyond terrible. How hard is it to send an email to keep your customer informed? We've called them several times and emailed them several more, yet they don't get the point that they suck. Don't take a chance and buy from them. It is NOT worth it. I will never order from this company again."

"This stores customer service sucks! I've ordered from them 3 or 4 times & I have no idea why I keep going back. I always have to call & find out what's going on with my orders because they never call me or email with any information. The last order, I called almost a month after it was placed to find out that one of the items was sold out & not going to be restocked. Why couldn't they call or email to let me know that?! Instead I sat around waiting for goggles that were never going to arrive. Also, they charged my credit card for the goggles which were out of stock & cancelled! I'm still waiting for the charge to come off my credit card but knowing this store, I'll be waiting another month. Listen to the 2 other reviews & mine & stay away from this store! "

"Do not buy from this company. I ordered a jacket and pants in October. Two weeks later, I had to call them to find out they had not shipped the jacket and the pants were on backorder. Got the jacket, too small, had to pay $10.00 to return it. Two more phone calls to learn that the pants were on backorder until February! Cancelled the entire order. Three more phone calls to get them to finally post the refund. Although I was told the first two times the refund was on the computer being processed, when I finally asked to get transfered to the person who processes the refund, she didn't know anything about it. Almost two months to get it all straightened out and I lost money! Don't buy from these guys. Buy from Motorcycle Superstore, who mailed my order within 48 hours and if you need to exchange for a different size THEY pay your return shipping. Motorcycle Superstore was awesome, Motocrossgiant totally sucked.

"Before I placed my order I communicated with the site's "Live Operator" and clarified the information I needed. I placed the order through their website. Following several terse unprofessional e-mails it was determined that they were no longer able to get the product from the manufacturer at the same price and wanted to charge me 40% more than the price listed on their website. This required a week and a half of them wasting my time. Now instead of having a product in hand, I am back to square 1, plus these idiots have my credit card information....great!

Do yourself a favor and stay away.
