"I ordered a carseat from them (they had the best price by far). It was listed as "in stock but usually ships in 3-4 days". I placed the order and waited a few days. My online order status page showed no change, so I wrote to them. They replied that they only had one item in stock and they didn't realize it was damaged (in other words it was an open box item) and were asking the manufacturer to ship a new item, and they would get back to me with whether they were successful. I asked if they had the product in stock in any other colors. Never heard from them again. I get the strong impression that the carseat was not actually in stock and they were trying to cover for it. I filed a dispute with Paypal to get my money back.
-update: They never even bothered responding to Paypal's request for more information about the dispute, so I won by default. Their website still dishonestly says the product is in stock and usually ships in 3-4 days.
