"I placed an order for MID 7009 4GB Android tablet on Nov 13th, 2011. After contacting the customer service for hell lot of time via email they finally sent an email on Nov 21st saying my order has been shipped. When I ask them again for a tracking number, they gave an invalid tracking number (CP991697209HK). I sent an email again about this invalid number. They responded on Nov 28th with another tracking number(9205590100018802236917).
I finally got my order on Dec 5th,2011. When I open the package, few items are missing. They advertised on the site that it comes with a stylus pen, a leather bag etc. I didn't get them and moreover there are scratches on the screen. I'm completely disappointed and want to return the item.
When I contact them for a return receipt, they sent an email with their address and asking me to put order number while I ship them back. They don't even have a return form. They are saying they will return my money once they receive my shipment. I think it will take more 2 months I guess.
This is my first and worst experience with these guys. I never had this problem with another major sites like amazon.com, dell.com, hp.com, buy.com, bestbuy.com etc.
They are supposed to send a shipping label and cut the shipping charges from the return amount. But these guys are too crazy.
Completely frustrated, these guys don't have any store in USA. They don't even have the customer care number to contact them. I'll neither buy nor recommend any item anymore from mostbuying.com. "
