I will never order from this company again and I urge you not to order from them.Especially if you want any kind of professionalism and some simple info. Took 3 days to respond to emails and offered no solutions except more delays in shipping as a reason for non-delivery. Very UN-happy customer. would rate a NO star if possible!"

Having had some very unsatisfactory emails from the customer service at mostbuying, less than a day after posting the review below I received several emails from their customer service team.

They were for the first time apologising about the problem, however this seemed tainted by the fact that they then offered me money on condition that I changed my negative review. So they seem more interested in getting good reviews even if they have to pay for them rather than actually providing a good service.

It's for this reason I'd be wary of any good reviews you see as there's a good chance the reviewer has been paid to write the review.

As i said below, total joke of a service.


Rediculous, I placed the order approximately 30 days ago and have still not recieved it.

Having been advised it would take 10-20 days I waited until the 21st day before I contacted the seller. At which point i was told that my address couldn't be found on Google maps and as such hadn't been shipped. At no point prior to me contacting the seller was I advised this was the case.

I've since had several email communications with the seller and have been advised that it has now been shipped and would take between 10 & 20 days.

When i questioned the seller on whether or not that given the already massive delay, did they not think that a faster delivery would be more acceptable they replied.

Thankyou your order has been shipped and will take between 10 & 20 days.

Again I questioned this and asked if they felt this was acceptable to which they replied.

Your order has been shipped.

WTF???? Total joke."

"I have order 3 apple look-alike mp3 players. I have recieved order after 3 weeks now and to my surprise, one of the MP3 players head phone is not working. Also, I am not able to figure out how to copy the songs, they do not have any manual with it. it is very frustrating. Also, these Mp3 players look like cheap stuff. Should not have orders. I am not sure hot to get not working headphone replaced now.

Now I got this email communication from blunt support staff.

Why should i Pay for the cost of shipping if it is your freaking mistake of shipping the product which can not be used. It sucks. You have to pay for the cost of shipping to get this junk shiped.

But without manual it is not usable. you can not sell a not usable product. Either you tell me how to copy songs in MP3 or you have arrange shipping back to your place and get full refund.

When I connect mp3 players using usb cable provide in box, it is not detecting in y laptop. I tried all 3 mp3 players in another laptop as well..

I am so freaking with these that it does not have manual in box, I am not able to figure out how to copy songs in them.
