"Beware!!!!! This company is a fraud and they sell cheap imitations at the prices of Brand items, claiming that they are selling the Brand items. DO NOT EVEN THINK of buying from them. You would be throwing your money in the garbage. I bought a supposedly "Karen Millen" dress, and after waiting for almost three weeks to ship, the dress I received is a cheap imitation, 4 sizes bigger than what I ordered!!!! Don't waste your time or money..."
"Please be aware that the positive reviews are definitely fake. I have just spent 75 pounds on a dress 3 sizes too small with poor quality material. It was ordered in early March and received in early May. There were no returns details in with the packaging, as with every other company. I sincerely doubt that they are legal. I wish I had read these reviews before buying. An expense mistake that no one else should make!"

"I would give them negative stars if I could!!!!!! My first order with them, I received two out of three items. Both the wrong sizes and the third item they never told me was out of stock. I had to fight and fight for store credit for the out of stock item, but they would NOT give me my $300.00 back for the two dresses that were the wrong size and had a pearls missing!!! I reluctantly settled with the store credit and they only shipped me 2 out of 4 items I paid for!!!! Plus I had to pay $40 to return the dresses! "I have to say, I wish I would have read the reviews on this company before I ordered. I ordered a coat for my daughter for Christmas. When I received it (the day after Christmas, even though I paid the extra shipping to faster delivery) I was shocked to see the quality of the coat. She is normally a size XS or S, I ordered a medium just in case she wore a sweater underneath or is ran small. She is only 5' tall and the arms were way to short, the stitching looks like I could have stitched it. Overall POOR quality. When I was reading the invoice, it had a completely different price on it than what I paid. There were no tags on the coat or bag that it came in (invoice states can be returned with "tag on original package" and my gut was telling me, I think I got screwed. Yes, I did get something for money, but NOT what I was expecting for the amount of money spent. After reading the reviews I think I would rather give it away to salvation army in hopes it will fit someone rather than go through the stress of trying to get my money back. Very disappointed!!"

Returned the coat I purchased, received an automated message and now it's over 2 months and no word on my refund. I have sent 2 messages and tried calling their Queen's number only to have someone hang up on me. I spent a little under $200 and I have a feeling I can kiss my money goodbye. "

"This company would not refund my money. They even have a different address listed with PayPal than what they give you for returns. Once you dispute, you must return the item to the address PayPal has listed or no proof. The company is a scam. BEWARE"
"BUYER BEWARE would be an extreme understatement when dealing with this company! I only wish I knew before I ordered what i know now.
On my first order, i ordered 5 items totaling $500-$600. I was so excited about this great new store I found the hardest part was deciding what not to buy. Weeks later I received 3 of the items, 1 was a pair of shoes that was not the size i ordered, another was a dress that was almost nothing like what the picture depicted except it had the same colors and general outline shape. Of course i returned them (had to pay another $40 in shipping to return) only to get store credit, and I had to fight them about why I should not be charged the 20% restocking fee...not my fault they sent me the wrong shoe size and different dress. As for the other 2 items, months later after still not receiving them, I asked to cancel and for a refund. It is now over a year later. Despite continued promises, I have yet to see a dollar back.
My second order (I had no choice, I needed to use my store credit from above). I used some of that store credit to buy 2 items with credit still left over. Of the 2 items, I eventually received 1, the other they told me they had cancelled because it was out of stock. They would return the credit for that 1 out of stock item to my "store credit account", except now that is all that is left in my store credit. Uuuummmm....what happened to my leftover balance before that? It somehow disappeared.
I've been trying to contact them repeatedly. When they do respond, it's just empty promises of some action that never happens. I'm still owed over $350. I've been purchasing things online for 15 years, I've never had an experience as horrific as this before.
Unless you have money to toss out, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! "
"Terrible Company. It took over a month for my dress to arrive. Durring that time, I tried to comunicate with them any way I could. No response. It took about a week for someone to get back to me and they were no help. A month and a half afterI ordered, I got a dress. It was a classic Bait and Switch. The one I got was a cheap costume Knock-off of the one I ordered, different material, design, everything. I am going to have to demand a full refund and not company credit like their policy says. I will never buy from them again and I recomend anyone else being extremely cautious when buying from them if you feel you have to buy with them. I only wish I could post a side by side comparison of the two"
