"I ordered the silver metal labels from Morning Print a few times already.
Their customer service is very responsive and helpful in working with you on the art files. I was asked to confirm my proof two times before they sent it to the printers. The quality of their sticker labels has all been very good with a quick delivery time after the print work is done. Do expect 2-3 weeks wait time though. If you are looking to print something in a short period of time, this may not be the right service for you. But, the quality is worth the wait."

"DO NOT ORDER THEIR "CLEAR BUSINESS CARDS"! The clear business "cards" that my company received weren't "cards" at all, they were so thin, that they could only be described as a thin, flimsy, film. I have been trying for two days to call and email customer service to correct my order with thicker cards or refund my money, and have yet to be contacted back by anybody. Very unprofessional, we will take our business elsewhere and definitely will not recommend this company to any of our many other fellow business owners."

Paid full amount upfront and received cards printed wrongly.
Can`t use those cards, had to throw them away and reprint from the different company. Contacted the customer support - they refused to admit their mistake and refused to fix it.

"Ordered the clear plastic cards and was extremely disappointed.
When morning print advertises "fast orders" you definitely don't expect to wait 3 weeks. When competitive brands offer 2-3 day printing services and 3-5 days standard delivery this was very frustrating to say the least .
I loved the option of previewing your own design in real time before placing your order , but the quality of the card itself is poor . The plastic is so thin , if you were to hold it by a corner it would bend .... and it doesn't come with a protective foil ( i've been ordering plastic cards for years from 2 different manufacturers and they both came with removable protective foils on the back ) some cards are already scratched .

The cards are unusable . "

"We printed plastic information cards to hand out as we work to protect a river in NW Arkansas. We're a non-profit bunch of volunteers and price is really important. Morning Print is by far the best choice price-wise, but I worried when I saw a lot of negative reviews and rants about poor customer service. That has not been my experience at all! All three sets of cards we've gotten have been true to the image I sent in. I had some trouble downloading my design, but it was due to my internet connection. I used the library machines and it went just fine. But I got an email from Morning Print asking if I'd had problems because I'd had a couple of failures first. The latest cards arrived quickly and I am once again delighted. People having problems may be using software that is not up to the task. I used Photoshop and converted the images to PDF for printing. I also made sure I used CMYK color mode not the standard computer screen colors. "

"Bought premium paper, heavy silky matte business cards. Being in marketing, I've been working with the printing industry for a while and I was appalled by the looks of the business cards I ordered. First, the paper was certainly not premium paper, was uncoated and the printing job was sloppy with no definition and blury letters. It said I was ordering for 16pt thick paper, but it was wayyyyyy thinner than that. I have my other cards to compare with and boy is that NOT 16 pt. Buyers beware, this is a scam! No answer from Customer Service, had to go through Paypal."

"My first order was totally messed up. The quality control was terrible. I had a foil accent surrounding an embossed phone number and half of the cards weren't matched up, so the embossed text was in the wrong place. In addition, the embossed text should have been printed in white but it was printed in black, even though they tell you to provide a black photoshop image of where you want it to be embossed. I thought the Cameleon Metalic and Pearl paper would be awesome as well based on the photo and description. Boy was I wrong! The cards were extremely thin and quite unprofessional looking. I contacted Morningprint and told them of the production error and they did offer to replace the cards. This time, I chose the "Heavy Nouveau" type premium paper because I wanted something that wasn't as thin as a piece of paper. Even this paper came out quite thin. The ink is washed out and not vibrant at all. The cards feel cheap and the thickest stock available on their site! Having spent nearly $70 for just 200 business cards, I will never deal with this company again. Their products are low quality and misleading."

"Printed some card with these guys - we are commercial designers so know how to set up artwork files for print, using many different print suppliers. These are the worst result we have had to date. Here is what was wrong with the cards:
1) The cards were the wrong size - they should be 90 x 55 and have been trimmed to 90 x 50
2) They were the wrong colour - they have printed very muted and not at all the correct orange.
3) The foiling was not sharp - it was very blurry around the edges.
We printed it out on our office laser and the quality and colour was infinitely better. Only use if you have low standards!
We emailed asking for a reprint or refund and were offered 50% off our next order. TERRIBLE customer service - you have been warned!

I was looking for circular business cards but since I am just graduating and don't have a job, all the options seemed wayyyy over budget. Then I came across MorningPrint. The reviews were TERRIBLE, but I was so desperate and having limited resources in Calgary, I took the risk and with fingers crossed I ordered the minimum amount I could order.
The cards arrived in 6 DAYS!!! and they were just, just perfect. I couldn't have been happier.
So moral of they story: If you want round business cards, Morning Print is the place to go.

"I found morning prints website because I was looking for clear cards and every other site was over 100.00. I decided to take a chance. Then I started reading the reviews on here. I immediately was frightened and contacted them to cancel. They did say there was no refunds but offered to give me a refund since I had literally just ordered maybe fifteen minutes prior. They explained everything about the thickness to me and after emailing back and forth I decided to go ahead and take a chance.

I was beyond pleased when my cards arrived. I made my own design and it looks amazing. I will say the cards are just a little thinner than a normal business card, but I actually like that. They can't break or tear and can easily fit in any wallet. I put a pic of my card on FB and people also love it. The color looks amazing and I like the little plastic container they came in.

I hate that so many people have had bad experiences. Maybe Morning Print made changes to their work or something because not only was my card excellent,i got them super quick. Actually got them quicker than cards i ordered for my friend a week wearlier from overnight prints. I will totally come back again. "

"A couple of weeks ago I ordered two sets of business cards from Morning Print totaling approximately $200. The first set of cards were perfect. I love them and I get daily compliments when handing them out. They're the plastic business cards.

The second set of cards (plastic as well) were printed horribly. There's fine white streaks going up and down every card. And not only that, the name of my firm is misspelled. The name of the company is Kim Tindall & Associates. They have it spelled "Kim Tindall &nd Associates." I checked the print preview on their website before submitting my order. This was definitely a glitch on their end.

I contacted customer service about the error and the refused to correct my order even though I spent almost $100 on this set of business cards & even though it clearly was a mistake on their end. This company has the potential to do great work and they have very quick shipping and turnaround times, but I will never again order from them because of the POOR customer service.

So if you plan to order from them, do so at your own risk because they offer no refunds or returns. It's hit and miss. This was my second time ordering business cards from this company. My first experience was great. That's why I ordered a second time. But the second time was my final time. Hopefully I can find a better printing company next go around."

"Horrible, terrible printed cards! They claim their kraft stock is of premium quality but it looks wafer thin, cheap and I don't think its worth what I paid. What's worse is I ordered these cards with raise prints on it and I received this cards all curved and very unprofessionally done. Never have I received curved business cards in the 10 years I've ordered them. I expressed my dissatisfaction and ask for a refund and all they did was give me a 10% percent discount? What? Really?? I don't want to buy your horrible cards if its going to turn out the same. I want a refund!! But alas, no reply. They don't care about their customers. They just want your money, no sense of pride to give the best customer service and quality products to their customers. I discouraged you to buy from them.. I'll stick with Vistaprint any time!! Am just appalled because I've never came across such horrible customer service in my life! STAY AWAY people. You have been forewarned."
