"Horrible Service - still not corrected after multiple trips. Bad mufflers installed twice. Tail-pipe hung wrong and hitting frame. Was told a totally different vendor would be used but store has never contacted me; over two weeks now. I would never go back due to the poor customer service and product. I am going to an independent muffler shop to have this corrected."

"I go to Monroe to get my oil changes / tire rotations, small repairs, and state inspections. I enjoy that there work is guaranteed as it always ensures me that the job will get done right. Last year my car past inspection right a way. This year I was informed that I had a few error codes that needed to clear. Although I had to do A LOT of driving for about a week to get them to clear, I am happy in knowing if anything was not right with the vehicle to pass I would be informed. I am happy grateful that there workers are honest enough to make sure they do the right thing and ensure my family is safe in the vehicle we drive before passing any inspection.
