"I purchased two 36 inch crate covers. I washed them once both per the tag on the crate covers. After air drying them I had two 34.5 inch crate covers. This degree of shrinkage leaves significant gaps in coverage. After sending photos to document the shrinkage. I received a reply suggesting I had left them in the washing machine too long resulting in the shrinkage. I cannot say with certainty how quickly I removed them to air-dry but there is no mention of immediate removal from the washing machine on the the laundry instruction tag on the crate. I was offered a 50% reduction on a replacement pair of covers which I found as an unsatisfactory solution. Why should I pay another additional $69 to potentially have the same outcome."

"We found Molly Mutt when we were researching crates for our new puppy as we knew we'd be crate training him. The crate cover perfectly fits our 36 inch crate that we got from Amazon. We ordered the cover directly from Molly Mutt as they were having good sales around Thanksgiving and it was the best deal. The covers are very nice quality and durable. You can roll up the sides to access multiple doors if your crate has that feature. When rolled up, the cover snaps so it stays up out of the way. Lots of cool designs to choose from for your crate and decor. We keep ours in our family room so we chose something that matched with our colors, but was also a fun pop of detail. We will get years of use out of this cover and our puppy has slept all night every night since night three! A cover is crucial for crate training! "

"What a great concept for decent price. The large round cover we got is perfect for our 110 pound Rottie. The bed is shared by a 90 lbs pitbull mix and a 22 lbs Shiba Inu. we had stuff from another bed but did not like the cover. Ordered the cover and shell and it worked perfect. All three dogs love it.
