"I purchased a computer over the phone with this company forthe total price of $307.00. I was told that the system would ship in 12-14 days. 15 days later I emailed the company requesting a tracking # for the tracking, I received a response stating that the shipping time would be 14-16 days. After another 3 days I decided to call directly to the company. It was durring this call that I was informed that all of their assets were frozen and they were unsure when they would be able to fulfill my order, their rought estimate was 1 day to 2 months. when I questioned about a refund, I was told that the only way for me to get a refund would be to call my bank and dispute the charge on my card. I called my bank and requested the forms for the dispute, this was on 05-03-2002. I was told that I would receive the forms in 7-10 business days. In the mean time I have sent the the company 2 emails, of which I have not received any response. I attempted to visit their website (www.mofiditech.com),however the site has not been available. I tried to call the company, and the phone is out of service. I am afraid the I may not be able to recover this loss if my bank is unable to contact the company. In short, I feel that I was given the run-around by this company while they bought time to close shop."
