"Very, very disappointed in my experience. I ordered a Roost chandelier. When it didn't deliver on time I contacted the customer service department and was given another delivery date and tracking number. When that date passed with no delivery I contacted customer service again (I spoke with both Chris and Lana) and was given yet another delivery date. When my order finally arrived (my order was placed November 14th and I got my order December 14th. I was desperate to get it installed as I had a house full of holiday guests arriving on the 18th. The chandelier was bent/sticking out of the box, and in horrible condition. Never experienced such BAD communication and customer service. And now I am stuck with a defective $500 chandelier. :("

"NEVER AGAIN! After waiting for more than 7 months, the chair arrived and it was broken. The fabric was some very poor quality material and base was already rusted. The seller stopped replying to emails. It can only be insured for $0.50 per pound, the chair is 55lbs, do the math. I cannot dispute or file any complaints because they are in CHINA. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CHINESE COMPANY. There is no recourse, I am out of $600 and no chair. Worst decision I ever made."
