"I was very excited about ModernTailor at first, but after countless and countless problems, this has become a scamming nightmare. First and foremost, they do not inform about shipping, expedite production and expedite shipping as well as non-stocked fabric. I ordered a suit and shirt with expedite shipping, hoping it would arrive within 10 days, as it said in their FAQ. However, apparently, SUITS are not eligible for expedite shipping. ALSO, you have to order EXPEDITE production for the delivery time to be quick, however, this is not even possible to pay for when ordering, you have to contact MT and pay even more for your order, despite paying $80 for quick shipping....
Now they told me I would get my suit refunded which is fine, but now they shipped my shirt with some poor chinese currier that is absolutely impossible to track and trace, even though they send all the right links and websites. It's simply impossible to trace!! So now I end up paying $100 for a shirt + "QUICK SHIPPING", sent with a chinese currier to USA, even though I'm residing in Denmark.. This is hopelessly ridiculous. I do not recommend Modern Tailor to anyone. Such a waste of time, money AND effort. "

I spent an hour trying to get all my measurements while following the instructions on their website. The minute I placed my order I received an email saying 'my order has shipped'. Two weeks later I received a shirt that resembled nothing of what i ordered. I contacted them via email several times but got no answer.
Now they keep sending me emails asking to refer more people to them...

We carefully followed their instructions for measuring myself for two shirts. However, when the shirts finally arrived they were way off. I contacted their customer service and they said they made them correctly, but I could send them back any time I want and have them altered for a fee.
Already, they wanted me to pay for their faulty product. We followed their instructions exactly for submitting measurements, which means they have an unreliable measurement system.
Their instructions for how to submit the alterations was unclear, and I had to wait for after the holidays for financial reasons Now, I've been told that the first-time customer fabrics are only purchased in small batches so they won't be able to remake it. They offered a 10 or 15 % discount for a new order, which was a paltry offer."
"The shirts that I ordered from them are excellent. I enjoyed receiving photos of the finished product before it was delivered. The measurements from the custom fitted shirts were exactly the way I specified the measurements on their website."

After 5 weeks of not hearing from Modern Tailor, I inquired and they said the fabric I chose sold out. What would have happened if I did not inquire?
They told me I had to wait or I could choose another fabric.
They agreed on the new fabric, one more week passed, I inquired and they repeated that my fabric sold out, so what about the new fabric?????
The original order was for 2 shirts, the first one is completed, I asked them on 25/11 to send without waiting for the other one, they haven't.
I have no idea when or if I will ever receive those shirts, that I paid for more than 6 weeks ago.
This is a horrible purchase experience.
