"I live in Greensboro, and was searching for a particular accessory for my Tundra. Modern not only had the best price, but the Service Associate actually helped me carry it out to my truck when I came to pick it up. Overall good experience. Worth the drive; my local dealer didn't even think about matching price or offering anything of value, so I may just deal with Modern going forward for all of my service needs. "

"Place an online parts order on 1/06/24, it is now 1/22/24, I have not received the parts or communication letting me know when they will ship or arrive. I need the parts quickly, if I had any idea it would take this long I would have ordered from someone else."

"I ordered left turn signal DRL/foglight assembly for my 2016 toyota camry SE and was given the wrong part. I have tried contacting the online service representative several times but they never answer their phone. The only time they contacted me was when I requested a refund and return label. I have returned the part but they haven't refunded me or reached out to me."

"Had an appointment at 1:30. Here it is now 4:30 and no one has contacted me nor has the online service tracker been updated. The issue was obvious to the naked eye and the fix takes 2 hours for an untrained mechanic, not someone who does this everyday. This is the 21st century, has to be a better way of doing things. "
