"I ordered a part December 18, they sure took my money & then zero communication. No tracking number , zip! I called every day left several voice mails , I sent how many e-mails , zero reponse. I had to give my son a piece of paper on Christmas Day saying what his present was, how disappointing:( . I
let me son take over after Christmas, they said the part was on back order. My son called the vendor and he said they never received the order from MAP and they had plenty in stock. The entire episode was a complete nightmare. I finally heard from them about 3 days after Christmas with a “sorry “. No altering the cost , no refund on shipping , just sorry. Now I continue to get e-mails from them with a blank for the tracking number , guess they don’t know my son handle it. Very very unprofessional and I will let my son know I won’t order from here again . "
