Horrible Service

"I don't typically leave reviews but this is absolutely insane. I do not think that anyone even works at this company and it is purely a shell or something. The phone number tells you to write an email and I have written SEVERAL emails with absolutely zero response. It has been almost three weeks now since my order and I have had no update. This is severely frustrating and I have already ordered the parts elsewhere and received them. I can't even get in touch to get a refund at this point. NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE."

TERRIBLE SERVICE, NO HUMAN AT ALL AND ITS BEEN WEEKS

"Order DSG service kit for my TTRS. No shipping date all, no response and emailed 3 times and CALLED Support phone number recommends you email. What a joke!!!!!!! I can't even get anyone to respond to emails to cancel order. "

DO NOT ORDER FROM MODDED EURO's

"Ordered a cold air intake for my Audi S6. Said it was in stock and that I would have shipping/tracking within 3 days. 5 days later, nothing. I reached out to their support@ email and got a response from Ken both from my personal email and then again through my PayPal account. Received a generic response to both of them. Literally the same word for word exact response:

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We would like to apologize if we were not able to give you an update on your order. Regarding your concern let me check with the warehouse and I'll update you.

Nothing after that. Emailed him several more times. NOTHING. Had to go through PayPal to get my refund. Still waiting on a refund, however I was lucky enough to use my PayPal account with refund guarantee. DO NOT USE THIS GUY. Super bad company and website. Should have read reviews for them before purchase. Lesson learned.

Don’t Order from Modded Euros.

"March 7th I had ordered a cold air intake. Just like everyone else, I received a receipt via email and it said it would take an estimate of 3 business days to arrive. I am yet to receive any tracking number or new information. At first customer service was responding but whenever I were to ask about when my package would arrive they would stop answering. I asked if they could cancel and if I could simply just receive a refund and he said he would put in a cancellation request. He mentioned he would get back to me but he hasn’t said anything in about 4 days and he hasn’t responded to any of my new emails. I’ve never written a review but there’s a first for everything. Don’t buy from here buy from somewhere else. I pray I get something either my order or my money back. "

Do NOT order from this site.

"I never write bad reviews for any company, but this one has me annoyed enough to leave one. I placed an order for almost $1000 worth of parts. All parts listed on their website as "in stock" and "ships same business day". it has been 5 business days with no shipping, go to call them and there is no way to speak to a representative because of covid? forcing you to only communicate via email. They will respond to your first inquiry, then if you ask them about shipping update ****, they disappear. Had I known that the order was not going to ship as expected, or that the customer service was horrendous, I would've ordered elsewhere. Save your money and order from more reputable shops."

By far the worst company.

"So I placed an order for a set wheel spacers on February 13, two weeks later still nothing from them no communication no item and no tracking#. I emailed them since they didn’t answer the phone. Took them three days to get back to me. Just to say they are waiting on the distributor. Then I asked them to cancel my order. He took them another week for them to get back to me,What kind of company is this! "

Look elsewhere for Euro products

"I hate doing these types of reviews, but if it helps someone out then its worth it. I ordered a Super-duper induction bundle from ModdedEuros for my s4 b9. Keep in mind that I ordered a Unitronic air intake for my tiguan a few years ago and it came within a few weeks in addition to having tracking sent and emails updating me. I should have looked at these reviews before making a purchase, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt an ordered from them regardless. My order was placed on 01-21-2024. It says on the site that the order 'Would take up to 21 days'. I wait my 21 days and hear nothing so I email them. Get a response about there being a national delay and to be patient. Now we are at the end of the month and I have emailed them multiple times with no response. I had to go back to their support site and create new tickets before I could get a response. They were timely to get back to me after I used a new email and created new tickets. They refunded me and canceled the order, but in reality I would of just loved an update or estimate on how long the wait would have been (refunded 2/29/2024). Their customer service is not efficient in answering questions and it seems as if they have none of their products in stock. Instead of waiting 3 months, if you can find the products from the vendor themselves (034 Motorsport for example), or FCP euro in addition to Urotuning I would recommend going that route. I will never give ModdedEuros another dime after this experience. They are quick to take your money and leave you hanging for months."

"I purchased lowering springs for my bmw 440i xdrive. nobody has responded to me on why the product hasn’t been shipped yet or been processed. I purchased the product Sunday and it says would ship in 3 days. Just confused on what the wait is for a company that has the item listed as in stock and only 40 minutes from my house. "

Terrible. It Took 3 Months to Get My Purchase.

"I ordered and paid for a Unitronic TCU flash last December. They responded right away asking for my Transmission number and revision. I responded after a couple of weeks after the holidays with the requested information, and then crickets. I tried emaiing mulltiple times, Created 3-4 support cases using their support site, but nothing. Finally last Friday I called Unitronic to see if they can help. I told them what was up and they told me that they'd contact Modded Euros for me. Then this morning I finally got a response that mu purchase had gone through and the TCU update was available now for me to install. THEN I got another email from Modded Euros Support basically telling me that since I was unresponsive when they asked for my TCU/revision, that my subsequent requests for help all went to their junk folder. You can decide if this was my fault or theirs, but just think how you would feel in the same situation. Go through a different vendor for Unitronic orders. There are many out there. "

Ever hear of customer service?

"I have never and mean never experienced such a poor emphasis on customer service in my life!! I bought an IE downpipe for my vehicle that said was in stock and would ship the same business day. Fast forward a week later, 3 emails later, multiple attempts to get somebody on the phone and I have yet to hear anything. I am literally sitting here scratching my head on how any business owner in today’s world would allow such poor customer service. I am really at a loss for words!! I will literally NEVER give this company my business again!! What is sad is that they are headquartered about 90 minutes from me too."

Do not waste your time or money!

"If I could give it negative stars I would. I purchased over $3K in parts, (CAI, ECU and TCU tune, and Front Strut Brace.) The intake states 21 day back order, ok I get that, but everything else shows in stock ship the same business day and for the tunes, it says assigned in one business day. Modded Euros is quick to process an order, but good luck receiving it. Customer Service must be manned by Casper the Ghost, because I finally emailed them several days ago and was told he would “get back to me.” Never have they gotten to get back to me, even after sending 2 additional emails. However, they’re quick to send promotional emails to buy more products. How about sending me what I paid for first! This place should be shutdown if it even exists!"

Purchased intergrated engineering tool, tcu, and ecu tune

"I purchased the intergrated engineering flash tool, ecu, and tcu software for Black Friday. Received the flash tool with no credits applied. Contacted Ken from modded euros and these guys told me the order was completed. How is it completed with I have negative credits when I tried to flash?!? I paid 1400 dollars for a flash tool. They stopped responding to my emails and their phone lines don’t work because of covid? Like how many years ago was that! I contacted intergrated engineering directly and they told me since it was a third party transaction they could not do anything, but the credits should have been applied as soon as I purchased. I contacted modded euros back again, filled out a return form and have never heard back since. What a joke. So now I am out 1400 dollars and all I am left with is an overpriced odb tool. Absolutely, ridiculous and the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and buy direct, these guys are crooks and slimy third party middle men. I wish I could give them 0 stars. "

Purchase somewhere else, buyer beware

"I made a purchase on November 21, 2023, Never received a receipt or any email. A few days later, I received an email from customer service rep name ken stating my order will be delayed because of the friday. Not sure what black friday has to do with my order Being delayed but okay. A week goes by, no receipts still, but my card has been charged; no notification its been sent, Nothing! I reached out to the customer service through email received no response. A few days later I called their customer service line which says nobody is answering the calls because of stay at home orders! There has not been stay at home orders for quite sometime now. I have sent 2-3 additional emails to their customer service as suggested per their customer service telephone line, Which states this is the fastest way to get a response. I still have not heard back from the company. Tried to log in so I can cancel the order as this was a Christmas gift for my husband I need to find something else instead for a guaranteed Christmas gift. Their website says my email is not found in their system. However, they've been sending me ads to the very same email they says that is not in their system. Absolutely horrible customer service. Do not purchase from them at all, beware, beware, beware. You may not get your order."

No Clue What happened to their Customer Service, but it's the Pitts

"I recently purchased a uni stage + tune with cable from their site only to find out that my VIN was previously used for an existing tune. Cool....

I call unitronic to sort it out and they give me the run around about it being refunded so there is no transfer for me. Great...Retail price it is. Fast forward a week after all the deliberation and "clearing it up" with unitronic.

They have not replied to any emails I have about my EXISTING order. Their customer service line is out. It's beyond frustrating that they can't give me a simple yes/no on if I am even getting what I paid for. I have no clue what is up with the sporadic answers at Modded euros. I've had a good experience in the past, but this is downright ridiculous, I could not recommend them ever again
