"Let me start off by saying I decided to order a premodded PS2 from this site after reading raving reviews. At the start of my order there was no problems as the ship and arrival date came as expected to me. However today when I received my order (In an undamaged box) the PS2 plays original games and DVD's but none of my backups work (DVD or CDR). I don't want to speak too ill of the company as of yet because I still want to see how this can be resolved, but it was a huge disappointment to pay for the item and quick shipping and not have it usable at the expected time. Hopefully things will be resolved and I will be able to update my comments with a more glowing review or even an apology if somehow the fault is not correctly placed, but I have to admit that I am hugely disappointed with the product at this time.
Edit: I was able to do some research and was able to get my system to work. I take back that I thought the product was defective, it just needed a little tweaking of settings to get it going. I'm gonna now so I am overall pleased with the transaction with just a little dissapointment in the customer service, but so far so good with the product."

"This site has been very quick about getting my order out the door. I ordered it on May 21st, Shipped on May 23rd, and I am expecting it today on May 25th. The 21st was a Saturday so to have it out the door on Monday is basically nextday for me and is hard to find in any online store. Fedex is normally 2 days for me also if you use Express Saver (their cheapest option) when anything ships from the eastern side of the US. So getting it today is a day early from their own estimate."

Got my xbox on wednesday, Had it up and running in no time. Works flawlessly. My only gripe is that it came with a thomson drive, But so far, All the media (Mainly Ritek, Havent tried anything else) have worked fine. I give MCS a A++++ and will def spread the word of their top notch service. You GUYS RULE!!!!!!!!!!!

"The order was incomplete when received. Contacting them take a long time since they don't return phone messages or email. I had to continue trying to get a real person to finally look at the problem. That was a week ago and I still have not receive the balance of my order. I'm currently having some issues with the product and had left numerous messages with no response. The bottom-line is CUSTOMER SERVICE is NON-EXISTENCE in my experience. It's impossible that they have such a high rating with the lack of support.
