"5 Star customer service all the way!!! In the past,I have bought several things from Modchipcentral without any problem. My last purchase, I got an x360key. The self install went fine except the x360key logo would not change on the remote. Being a “Techie”, I read and tried several things from different forums. I started to think I received a defective unit. Finally I threw in the towel!! I decided to do the online chat with ModChipCentral. Jason, the chat tech, was very professional and quick to troubleshoot my problem. He was able to tell me what to do to resolve my issue in about 20 minutes.
