"I ordered a MK purse that was offered in four colors- I ordered red. I was sent a brown purse. I recently ordered a tennis bracelet, it arrived twisted and stones were missing. On both occasions I have contacted MOBSTUB and have received a message that someone is looking into my claim. That's the end of the trail. if they have to resend or replace contact is over----but they have kept your money. If they don't want to replace, they should refund the amount charged for the items. I have never been asked to send a picture or the item. Just silence. "

Recently I bought 3 watches from your company. I am sure you can find my order with my email address. Anyway, all three of the knobs on the stem have come off. The blue watch that I bought and just opened to use has a very musty smell and the knob came off it before I even wore it. It is embarrassing, because I gave one of them away as a gift. They are beautiful watches, but worthless if you can't set them to the correct time. As you can see, I have bought several items from your company and I expect you to either replace the watches or give me my money back. Thanks.

I was worried after reading the horrid reviews, but i wad notified it was spied about 2 days after my order and it attics today in the time frame promised. They only cost $10 each but were much nicer than i expected and bigger. They did come in little pull top bags so the chains were a little tangled, but other than that no issues. "

"I ordered some camera lenses and the site said it would ship in 2-3 days. It's been 10 days and the order status still says pending shipment. Repeated emails to inquire as to when the order will be processed get the same canned response. Same with my request to cancel the order #. I called their number at 1-***-***-****. The recorded message says that all customer service are helping other customers and to call back later, then the phone disconnects. Seems pretty fishy to me. Upon reviewing other peoples comments, I'm convinced this is a bogus business. Do not give them any business."

"My 2nd experience with Mobstub is currently as deplorable as my 1st. The 1st was a simple order of men's jewelry. Delivery in 7 - 10 days. A bit long for a couple of items you can drop in an envelope and ship, but, okay. At the 3 week mark I contacted customer service and asked where my order was. The reply was that it was being processed. Really... 3 weeks later? I finally got it the following week and it was accurate, but ridiculously slow shipping. My 2nd, and currently pending order shipped partially, and when it arrived, it's not what was described on their site. Had their description stated the bracelet was silver and black, I would not have ordered it. After emailing customer service asking how I exchange it, and inquiring when the other 2 items will arrive, my reply is that it's 7 - 10 business days for shipping. That's it. No mention of the issue of the item not being what I wanted, After several emails with the sub par customer service persons, (and that's giving them way too much credit), I find that they shipped correctly, but the ad is very misleading. It's says nothing about a 2 tone finish, just silver tone. Their products are as bad as their people. DO NOT buy anything from this company."
