"This company is a complete scam… I’m actually filing a police report on them! The only reason they have a high review rating is because after they take your money they ask you to rate them… NOT AFTER THEY PERFORM THEIR SERVICE. So when you read the REAL reviews most people talk about how simple their website is to use and hope they can unlock the phone. My phone was only carrier locked not blacklisted meaning it’s reported lost or stolen. I bought my phone the week before I decided to use their service and the very day I entered my imei in their website T-Mobile said that was the day it was reported stolen. Their method is take your information then rather than unlock your phone they blacklist your imei. After 2 weeks they say you need to pay the premium fee which $179. They are scam artists to get more money from you…do not go this route!!!"
"Not sure if it’s a scam, I’ve ordered unlock my iphone 3 days ago from mobileunlocks.com but it’s still in process. The website says the process will take 1-24 hours when I order it. I have emailed them yesterday asking for refund but haven’t got any response. I’ve just emailed them again. Be careful with website. And another tricky thing is that when you choose unlock phone button, you will be given status check order instead of Unlock."
"DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this scam company. They quote a price for unlocking your phone, then the next day make you pay a premium "in contract" upgrade to continue the unlock.I paid it, then waited 2 weeks but never got my unlock. I then found out from my carrier that my phone was never in contract. Asked them for a refund and they refused. In fact they threatened me with "digital fraud charges" if I report them to my bank, after they took my money, lied about my phone's contract status to get more fees, then never provided the service I paid for. I am now out over $200 and never got the service I paid for. "
"I waited all this time to get an expensive unlock code.. just to be told they couldn't get me one and I wud get a refund.. I am not happy with this.. the customer service did nothing but talk like robots acting as if they provided a service and it was to be expected. !"
