I ordered the Classic telephone and was told it would arrive in 3-5 days since I choose standard delivery. I was happy that the telephone arrived within 2 days. I have not used the telephone as of yet. My only criticism is as of now is that the directions for set up were very vague and hard to follow. I also had a really hard time getting the back cover off the telephone in order to install the SIM card and battery pack. I was really disappointed when I called the emergency line and the person that got back to me could not explain to me how to set up the telephone. She advised me that she would get someone to call me back and she never followed through with her promise. I had to call the emergency line in the wee hours of the morning before my cruise to get someone to aid me. I was at the point of sending the telephone back for a refund. The new individual I spoke to was able to help me get the telephone set up and working correctly. I am leaving for my cruise in the A.M. hopefully my new telephone will work properly."
