The company seems very scammy. We ordered the sofa set. After almost 1 one month they called us and said the the furniture got damaged, however it was a lie because the manufacturer confirmed that Coaster Willow furniture we ordered is no longer made. The furniture representative was very rude on the phone, interrupted me constantly and kept saying that it is not their fault. Also mmfurniture has the lowest rating, one star, on other feedback websites. "

"I just want to say that at first I was very skeptical ordering furniture online. But...I am extremely pleased with my purchase and the whole process. I ordered an Ashley dining room set that I got $800 cheaper then what it would be in store. They couldn't match it. And if I got it from Ashley the set would take 4-6 weeks. I called MM first to see when delivery would be because I needed it before Thanksgiving. Larry assured me that I would have it before Thanksgiving. Being nervous, I called a few times to make sure all was good and every time whether it be Larry, Steve, or Bill, they were very nice and seemed to be on top of it. Then I was in contact with Chad and his worker who were the delivery guys. Extremely professional and were determined to get me my set before Thanksgiving. As odd as it sounds, they came out at midnight to deliver my set. They had been running all weekend and they still came in that door with a smile and were super nice and thorough. Chad kept me in the loop where he was and when he would be at my home. So my overall experience was awesome! Would refer them to anyone! But people have to understand, you may have to wait a bit for your furniture but its well worth it. I would still be waiting longer at Ashley. Thank you MM Furniture!"

One of my dressers arrived with the back panel cracked. This was a manufacturing defect, not damage due to delivery handling.
MMFurniture gladly sent me a new back panel so I could install it. They were easy to contact by phone, courteous, and very helpful throughout the whole process.
