"I bumped across this site sometime in August, when I was doing some online shopping. The prices of items seemed to be amazingly low. I was wondering if this was some kind of scam.. They have very good prices especially on the RAZR phones and IPOD's.

I checked their method of payment and realized that they did not accept VISA card... but I had to pay by check. I called my bank and asked them if it was safe to give the details. They said that in case I did not get the item 60 days from th payment date, my bank would reverse the payment (of course I had to call my bank to do that)... So I reached the conclusion that I had nothing to lose and then placed an order for 2 RAZR phones.

They claimed that they would ship out the product in 2 weeks. After about a week, I noticed that I could see the charge on my bank account for the 2 RAZR's, but I had not yet received any shipping information. I called up their customer support and they said that they have a different policy unlilke most other retailers, and that they always charged first and shipped out later. I comforted myself that in the worst case my bank would always rescue me.

For the next 2 months, I did not receive my product. I called the cusomer support numerous times, but they seemed to be very poorly informed about when the order was getting shipped.. I was running out of patience and more importantly trust.. My only comfort was to speak to Cara in the customer service, who seemed to be sensible and had a good head over her shoulders (I heard she has been promoted now)..

So after about nearly 3 months (at this point, even my bank could not help me), I had not yet received my product, but something kept telling me that my order would come through.

One fine day, I received a mail from them providing me with a tracking number and I had finally got my 2 RAXR phones.. I was happy. Each phone had cost me just 100 bucks and most importantly I got the black RAZR's (their website showed silver).

I realized that one of the phones had a small problem in the handset, so I called the customer service. They said I can send it back and they would send me another in about 3 months.. I was not willing to wait for such a long time, so I decided to take it to a local phone shop and get it repaired.

Overall my experience has been god, except for the long wait. These people are honest and not fraudulent. If their customer service can be improved alittle bit, I guess they can be better.
