"!!!DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! i ordered an external usb 2.0 cdrw and it worked for about a minute. even internal it wouldn't even read a disc. i emailed and called a couple days before the 15 day cut-off on the terrible return policy and they wouldn't return my call or email with an RMA until after the return period was over. not to mention the defective product. there are plenty of other great companies out there listed on pricewatch.com and this isn't one of them. beware! they would sure be a lot smarter if they had good service and return policy because people would buy from them in the future. also, this is the same company as Royal Computer, take a look at their terrible 4.0 rating. they had to use a different name because it was getting out that they were such a bad company."

"Placed an order online for one TV Tuner and an external firewire harddisk. No response except for an automated e-mail. Waited four days and called them up. The lady told me that the TV tuner was out of stock, and that they were expecting it in a couple of days. Refused to ship the two seperately unless I paid more for shipping, but offered to cancel the order if I didn't want to wait - fair enough, I guess. I preferred to wait. Had to call three more times in the next three days to get update on the status and a tracking number. Always told me that they would send an e-mail as soon as the order shipped, but never did. Received my order about ten business days after placing the order. Everything was brand new in sealed boxes and properly packed. And everything worked fine right out of the box. Great prices, reasonable shipping charges, but lousy customer service. I might order again, but not online. I would call them up first to ensure all the items I want were in stock and would ship pronto. (BTW, because of the delay they upgraded the UPS ground shipping to 2-day shipping for free. Nice touch, but I wonder if they would have done that had I not bugged them calling up everyday.)"
