"This company has GREAT customer service. I placed an order online and then realized I had forgotten to order 5 more. I asked to rush shipping and didn't want to pay again for shipping so I sent them an email and asked them to add 5 more to my order. I received a phone call and an email confirming that they added 5 to my order and that the changed my shipping to free standard shipping as it would arrive to my house the next day due to their location and the proximity to my house. WHAT SERVICE!!!"

"I am extremely pleased with my recent order from Minimus. I ordered on Wednesday night, received an email the next day to say the order had shipped, and had the package on my doorstep on Friday--all with the free ground shipping! All of the products I ordered were exactly as described, and they were packed neatly and arrived in perfect condition. Plus, their prices were great and I liked being able to order single small items, like individual bags of tea and antiseptic wipes."

"I ordered; they sent everything promptly. I know it sounds simple, but it's all I can ask of a vendor. I would have been completely satisfied except that I wanted quantity 2 but received (and was charged for) quantity 4 of two items. However, that may have been my error while ordering."

"For our destination wedding, we purchased mini travel items for our guests' welcome packages. I asked if they would be shipped in time (I had a date I needed it shipped by), and I still have the email from Kathleen in customer service that specifically says that it would be shipped by a date (not maybe, not possibly, but it would be...) and would therefore arrive before our flight.

After numerous emails asking for a tracking number, she emailed me the day after the promised ship date, saying it wasn't shipped and that I would need to pay extra for faster shipping.

When I called and pointed out the email stating when it would be shipped, I was told "This is a business, things happen" and was repeatedly denied a manager or supervisor and was shown no remorse for breaking their promise of a ship date and the fact that this was for our wedding.

As it was now too late to order it from another company, and too late to receive this package, I asked them to cancel it (again, since they did not ship when they promised). I was told they would "try" but it may ship anyway.

That conversation was at noon EST. I found out the next day that they shipped it out after 5pm EST, 5 hrs later. They obviously made no attempts to cancel.

The main issue is, I was told it would be shipped by a certain date (not maybe, not possibly, but that it would be) and therefore did not order from another company, but they didn't ship it on time. Since it was their mistake, they should have paid for the faster shipping, but they tried to get more money out of me.

All the other wedding items we ordered (from other companies) were shipped when promised, faster in fact when I told them it was for my wedding. Most of our orders at these other companies were shipped the same day that the order was placed. These companies obviously cared.

I have since filed a BBB report and contested the charge to my credit card, as they did not ship when promised. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, as they do not take responsibility for their mistakes and do not care that they ruined my wedding. There are plenty of companies that sell these products, so AVOID THIS COMPANY.
