30 PCs less than 24 hours delivery

"I have used Mini-ITX.com many times in the past and have found there customer service and expertise to be great. Recently I placed and order for 30 computers, after 4pm on a Friday and it arrived before lunchtime Saturday.

Mini-ITX.com is my go to place for Embedded PCs.

"I placed an order for an EPIA M10000 motherboard, case and memory from here at 19.54pm yesterday evening. It arrived the following morning before 11am - and I'm using my new machine right now.

"I purchased 3x Morex 55W PSU/DC Converter kit and an adapter on Dec 21st, 2003. Received the shipment in 2 days only to find (1) Morex PSU and the adapter. I guess the many small packets for the converter kit confuses packing staff when check "Number of items packed."

Anyway, emailed them the very same day I receieved the package on Dec 23, no answer for a week. I understand that as it's the xmas holiday, emailed them again and again and again till end of Jan finally received a reply with BS excuse that their email server treated my email as spam and that they have to check with the wareshouse staff.

2 weeks later, no follow up, email them for a refund.

another 2 weeks went by, email came saying they cannot refund to my Visa as my expiry date has changed, emailed them the new date... no reply

3 weeks went by, email came asking for my personal bank acct number so they can do a transfer, not happening due to their track record. asked them to mail me a cheque (in total common sense)

so now another 2.5 weeks, still nothing. What can I do?
