"I specifically asked them to send my order in previously used (but still structurally sound) packing materials if possible. My expensive items arrived in a crumpled-like-an-accordian box with only one end of the top and one end of the bottom still taped and the whole top flap unsealed. Luckily, they had wrapped my small items in paper with the larger item and taped that, so everything was still in the box, but even that bundle could have fallen through the top because it was so open. If the packer had only put enough material in the box it would not have been able to get so crushed. I would not order from them again since their products are not cheap and I do not want to worry about my purchases making it safely to my house. If I buy a better quality item online instead of a much cheaper version that I could get at any local store, I want to know it will be packed well and arrive safely."
