"I waited 3 months for my work shoes made by puma. I needed to return them because they slip off my heel. they said it had a scuff and a crease. Of course they have a crease I wore them for a hr in my home to see how they felt and I have a tiny crease bc of the composite toe and no scuffs on it. They lied just not to honor my refund. And that guy Matt is unprofessional. And I had to pay $35 to send them back. They don’t offer a return shipping label. I been buying with them for 10 years and decided to try a new work shoe. This is what I get. No more thorgoods for me. I’ll be sticking to redwings. "

"The Thoroghgood boots were made WAY too narrow and long. 14 EE was more like a 16 ultra narrow. Customer service was nice when ordering but when trying to return for different boot they charged the new price (even though my original order date was before price increase) and every customer service agent seemed to have an attitude. Never again. Paid $30 to send back second pair and bought boots from Carolina Work Boots. Very happy! $30 lesson learned. "
