She said she did not know. I asked if she could please find out. She put me on hold. After about a minute she came back and said they would not be carrying the bag any longer, but there was another one that would work fine and it was only $5.00 more. I asked if she could discount it by $5.00 since the one I was inquiring about was not going to be carried in the future. She just said, "no".
I ended up buying the complete lighting kit and the bag a couple of weeks later ONLINE from MPEX and I am very happy with everything.
I had one issue with an umbrella and emailed customer service. I received a response immediately and the problem was solved."
