Great service the past 7 years

"I've been ordering from MidwayUSA since 2012 and have had good service with them over the years. I have gotten some packages that could have been better packed, yes, but they did arrive usable. And I have had some problems 3 or 4 times with orders, but Midway always made good on the problem promptly and to my satisfaction. I have had the best luck using their online chat system or by phoning them to resolve any problems. I have not had to return anything that I can remember, so I cannot say how that rates with them. Since MidwayUSA doesn't ask to be rated on this website, positively or negatively, I don't think that the ratings here shows an accurate image of their true ratings, as people who are dissatisfied for some reason or other will more actively seek out places to vent their frustrations than a satisfied customer will. I am posting this positive rating because I have been a user of Resellerratings.com for a lot longer than a user of MidwayUSA and I have had good service with this company and think that the ratings here are skewed wrongly low for a good online vendor."

"Have ordered from MidwayUSA for years, but will never order from them again. Terrible customer service on an item that was shipped back to them. They wouldn't reship at all, couldn't reorder for the same price and just refunded my money when I wanted to have them reship the item."

First and last time I will order from them

"First and last time I will order from them. Have been waiting for my shipment for a few days, 2 days after the shipment should have arrived. Emails to Midway have gone unanswered, though finally after 30 minutes of waiting someone responded via chat, but told me to wait another day. Zero effort to even contact the shipping company or anything else."

Sent me back my returned item

"So they sent me the wrong product and i returned it only to have them send it back to me saying i didn't return the product i purchased. Well yeah, that's why i sent it back guys. You didn't send me the correct product to start with. Now im battling with getting a refund and being stuck with their junk. Very dumb company staff. Won't ever use them again. "

3rd Rate Company

"Ordered a A2 Stock for my dad (Vietnam vet, Marine) for Christmas. Stock came already assembled (used). This is means the rear screw that locks the assembly (has red thread lock on it) was already screwed in (cant unscrew with thread lock) making installation impossible. Called Customer Service and I have to return it before they ship a new one. A first rate top notch company will ship replacement first then allow for return...NOT MIDWAY USA! I will return and order from their competitor. "

I have had a good experience.

"After reading a few pages of reviews, I am surprised this is the same place I do business with. I have always been satisfied with their customer service and prices. I have had a few issues along the way, some stuff was packaged badly and I had to deal with customer service. Once a box was damaged and missing items and they resent what was missing. There was also an issue where they didn't pack properly and an item was damaged. They replaced it without a hassle. I have only been shopping with them for a little over a year, had a few issues, but customer service took care of it quickly. I would suggest giving them a chance if you need outdoors items for a great price."

Faulty item being sold

"When package was opened, the sharpening stone fell off of the blue holder and broke on my stone floor. Geez, nice. This is a faulty made item, read the reviews on Amazon to see. Midwest would not refund without me returning this broken junk and them charging me shipping. CS was rude, obtuse, and useless, will not buy from midwest again. They wont post my review either and after opting out of emails multiple times they still keep coming so I'm writing this review on these dicks.

I bought match grade ammo IMI from MidwayUSA which was blowing primer every 4-5 shots, zero customer did nothing.

I tried to contact the company over the phone and by writing to customer service but got zero reply.
They also deleted my negative feedback from review section on their website.
This is clearly a dishonest business, please stay away.

A plastic bag, come on..a plastic bag!

"$178 worth of rifle ammo shipped in a cardboard box. Left on front steps by UPS Saturday..I didn't get home untill Monday..Rained all weekend..........come on! A plastic bag around the outside of the ammunition is all that would have prevented soaked ammo boxes! On the upside, it was fast and reasonably priced....just add some water protection."

Inadequate packaging/Customer Service

"I received my Remington 30-30 unprimed brass on 8/30/18 and the way it was packed was inexcusable. There was no packing material in side the USPS priority package with the Remington brass. Only 10 out of the 50 were not bent/damaged around the neck, I mean really bent up. I don't think that they can put this on Remington because I called and they assured me that when they send their merchandise to suppliers is packed so it won't get damaged. They indicated that it had to happen at the supplier or in packing-this is where most of the damage occurs. This is not the first experience I have had plus not getting return emails on questions. I will not buy from them again. I have not had problems with shipping or damage on brass with other suppliers.

Horrible shipping

"I ordered a Tipton gun vice. The vice was shipped in the original box with one little piece of tape holding the end shut and of course, the end of the box was wide open when it arrived. Now the only way I can tell if anything is missing is to assemble it, and see if I run out of parts. Are these people "dumb or just plain stupid"!!"
