"These people sent me the wrong lights and when i went to refund them they refused by email becuase there company would not anser the phone even during business hours. When i told him taht his website told me to buy this product and it was incorrect, I informed him I would dispute the charge and report him to the BBB. Below was there responese RUDE!
Nice, you are disputing the charge for us sending you the correct product for your vehicle which you ordered. You are going to report us for what? Are you kidding me? First, I don't care. Second I will deal with your dispute AND send you to collections which will impact your credit. Our collections company is AWA Collections out of Santa Ana, CA.
Do you normally run your life trying to bully people that do the exact thing you ask them to do? I simply showed you that you got bad information from your mechanic and that we shipped you the correct product. You respond by making threats. This is a business. We don't make money by sending you products that don't fit or work. We also don't make money by eating your mistakes. I can't resell the product that you return and therefore you WILL be charged for it."
"got the product in timely fashion- no real instructions on how to mount ballast etc. bulbs worked looked good.....except no high beams! i put in my make and model on the site and then called in the order. he told me i needed a different set than i got on his site. even verifying the make/model he still didn't get me the correct set with high beams. all subsequent emails and phones calls have gone unanswered- it's been over two weeks! i don't mind paying for the upgraded bulb/set (10 bucks-who cares?!)

"Horrible product! Cheap junk...you get what you pay for! I ordered not 1 but 3 sets and none worked. Do your self a favor and buy from a different company.
One more thing...their lights are very dull! Color sucks!
