"Very responsive at firs, called me back when part was not in stock. But as soon as I tried to get money back for a partial shipment they stopped responding. I filed RMA, sent emails and left voicemails. On a rare ocassion when I reach them the answer is the same: Yes, we will have credit department call you. Five months went by and I got nothing. Will not order from this vendor again due to bad customer service"

"My first experience with this company was great. Easy to order, got the parts in a reasonable time and in good working condition. Had no problems so I figured it would be safe to order from them again - WRONG! I just reordered the same parts over a week ago and still have not received anything. I've tried calling, emailing sales, contacting them through their website and have gotten no response! No one picks up the phone ever! No call backs or email responses back. Who knows when I will get my product or be refunded. Horrible customer service, do not use this company!"

"worst experience ever. The shipping was horrible, No tracking number took three weeks . The Item was in fair condition (RAM pull) but three weeks is ridiculous. just try calling their number ***-***-**** no response always voice message."

"Horrible. Scam. Unbelievably horrendous site/customer service experience...
I ordered and item that was showing to be in stock on Friday 3/11. Received an order confirmation almost immediately. Checked the status on Monday; stated "processed". Called Monday afternoon because the status still had not changed. I actually spoke with someone, gave them my order number and contact information and was promised a call back/email with the status. NADA. I called back quite a few times over the past couple of days and keep getting a recording that states no one is available and to call back another time; call disconnects. today, I tried calling again; same result. Checked the site to see if the order status had changed and what do ya know.... IT WAS CANCELLED!!!!!! STAY AWAY ON-LOOKERS OF THIS WEBSITE... STAY AWAY. YOU HAVE BEEN ADVISED AND FOREWARNED.

"For anyone who believes that the 5 star ratings are legitimate just try calling their number ***-***-****) and see if you get through (and also listen to how professional the recorded voice sounds). I ordered a drive on Thursday for 2 day air shipment. I received an email on Friday saying that it had been shipped and got the Fedex tracking number. It is now Tuesday and Fedex have still not received a package to deliver. After spending all of yesterday morning trying to get through on the phone I finally got hold of someone who left me on hold for 5 minutes before they hung up. I resorted to live chat. I was told 'there must be a problem with the shipping' (no kidding) and they would get back to me via email. Guess what? No email. I asked them to cancel the order and guess what? They haven't canceled. And now when I try and live chat after several 'Your request is important to us. Please wait an operator will be with you shortly' I get informed that live chat is not available. What a way to run a business."

"Absolutely terrible customer service. Withing a few hours of placing my order it was shown as being processed on their website. I waited 2 days before posting a question on their website about why my order hadn't shipped. After another day of not getting a response I started trying to call this company. Their answering system will pick up and keep you on hold for a couple of minutes and then hang up on you. Finally after 5 days I started using every contact form I could find on their website including the "Live Chat" feature. Finally I got someone on "Live Chat" who looked at my order and promptly cancelled it with no explanation. Buyer beware. "This company is bad news. We ordered a power supply for a PC. We knew it was used, but we did not expect it to have the wires clipped, and the unit completely non-working. We asked for a refund - we got an e-mail with an RMA with no street address to return the unit. We have called no less than TEN TIMES trying to get an address. No one ewver answers the phone.
We filed a complaint with the BBB. They closed the incident due to lack of response. We are now in process of getting refund from our credit card company, and filing a complaint with the State of Michigan Attorney General.

"I would never order anything from Microparts again. I have called, e-mailed, and sent letters via snail mail with no response. I ordered and received PC memory which I wanted to return and 5 months later I still have it. I would suggest that if you are not 100% positive on your order DON’T DO IT….They have effectively stole from me by not allowing a return."

"I ordered a part on Tuesday and paid extra to have two day shipping from their location in Michigan to my location in Chicago. It is now Friday. They furnished me with a tracking number for Fedex ground shipping that does not work. I would be very wary of ordering from this company again."

"I would never order from this company again or recommend them to anyone. I called them before ordering a part for a client to confirm if the part was new or used. I was put on hold & then told the part was guaranteed to be new. I never rcvd any email about the part being shipped. I chatted with sales online & was told the order was cancelled because they no longer had the part in stock. I tried calling & got no answer. I sent an email regarding this unprofessionalism & was then told the part was shipped & actually rcvd. When the client confirmed they rcvd the part, they told me it looked used & sent pictures as proof. I called Microparts, didnt get an answer & sent an email. I got a response to submit an RMA. Over a week had past, i sent several emails, still no response to my email. Eventually, I kept calling until someone answered & then I was instantly sent RMA info via email & was told I had to pay for return shipping even though Micropartsusa made the mistake. Horrible!"
