"Orderd my PSP from them on 29th december at £266 inc P+P which was the best price i could find at the time, There was even a guy i could talk to on msn if i wanted to ask questions. And the delivery only took 5days to get here, But unfortunately i got charged £30 for customs when it arived to the uk. All great apart from the customs charge which i was a bit annoyed about."

"This is my first time purcahse something with Mimic. At first I wasn't really quite sure but after dealing with them I found out they have Excellent Service,Fast transaction and fast shipping.

Takes four days to receive my PSP and games to Australia.

I would recommend Mimic to eveybody.

"I've been buying from Micmic for several years already.

My first purchase was a Sharp MiniDisc. I remember I ordered two, one for me and one for a friend of mine.
After we got them, I wanted to exchange mine for a Sony branded unit and Micmic posed no problem at all.

Since then I, that same friend and a couple others have bought other stuff @ Micmic: some console goodies, another MiniDisc, ...

We never run into problems.
You can talk to them over ICQ, and always have a polite answer from Micmic.
They even try to find anything you might be seeking to import from Asia.

The last item I've ordered is a PSP with four games. It has shipped last Thursday, the same day two of the games were released. I should be opening my parcel next week.

Another important point to consider is customs.
I order from Europe, therefore, depending on how the dealer wraps, labels ands ships the parcel there are more or less chances you are charged customs upon collecting @ your Post Office (I always recommend using EMS for Asian international shipments).
Out of all the orders I placed on Micmic, I never had to pay customs. And believe me, this is not always the case.
E.g., shipments from USA to Europe, for me have always had a much higher chance of being taxed. From Asian countries (Japan, Hong-Kong, Singapore, South Korea, ...) sometimes I had to pay them and sometimes I was lucky enough to skip customs altogether, basically depending on how the dealer did his job.
In this respect Micmic is top notch. I never had to pay customs for any of their packages.

In brief, if you want a reliable seller, with some of the best prices around, who always responds you personally (by e-mail and/or ICQ), and who has some of the latest technology products, give Micmic a try.
They even have a best price warranty on many products now :)
Judging by my (and my friends') experience, you won't regret it.

2004/12/28 Update:
I wished I could have written this earlier, but sadly I didn't get the parcel with the PSP & games, until today, Tuesday, at 13:30.
Don't get me wrong, there was no liability on Micmic's side at all, it was the local customs office which had the parcel retained for more than a week.
The good side is that at the end I was not charged a single cent. I'm really amazed by this, since so far, whenever the customs retain me something, they open and inspect everything they can charge me for (VAT & customs).
Not a single cent. This makes Micmic the most reliable company I've dealt with in Asia, in respect to get me customs-free deliveries.

The packages arrived in mind condition, games' boxes, the PSP box, everything perfect. No complaints at all.

Most importantly, during the 12 days the parcel was on transit, Micmic kept in contact with me, showing interest in seeing hot it all went. They make you feel like you were their only customer, so you get to see them more as a friend living in Hong-Kong who can get you nice goodies only available there, than a dealer who is doing business with you.

All in all, kudos to Micmic.
If you want more assurance, my girlfriend and two friend of mine are buying a PSP for each of them, and be sure we all will be ordering them from Micmic.

"A few years ago, I bought them a modified Panasonic Q. Their service was awesome. I received the parcel in 3-5 days in perfect conditions. The console seemed not been touched anymore, and believe me, it really was! MP3 played flawlessly, multiregion worked like hell... It was incredible.

Now I've pre-ordered a Sony PSP. I know they won't disappoint me. It's, by far, the best store I've ever met.

I'll re-write when I get PSP. See you soon!!

EDIT: I received PSP in perfect condition! Don't believe people lies: No dead pixels, no non-working buttons, no flying UMDs when playing. micmic is the best store you can find. In two words: Speed and Quality! 10/10

"I just order my SJMJ-75 and a pair of B&O A8 with micmic last week.
They replied to my questions via ICQ promptly.
I paid via paypal and they send me the order tracking number in 2 days later.
I'm very happy with their service. I recommend to everyone I know about MicMic

"After paying with PayPal, I was told that the item I ordered was out of stock, and that I'd have to wait 3 weeks to a month for delivery. Convieniently, this used up the 30 days Paypal allows for dispute resolution and investigation. I never even recieved a reciept from MicMic, and they stopped responding to any of my emails immediately after the month I waited for the item to get restocked.

I suspect this company has a significant history of flat out scaming and stealing from customers. They got $150 from me, don't make the same mistake I did. Avoid them at all costs.
