"I ordered an item Oct 27.. the next day i got a tracking number Oct 28.. i followed the tracking number the day after and it said it was delivered in Centreville, VA Oct 29.. I live in Missouri... So I waited just in case id get a second tracking number.. never got one.. in their email on Oct 28 it said any questions contact payment@miccastore.. so I wrote an email explaining on Nov 2.. they gave the same tracking number and said on their end it had been delivered yesterday (Nov 1) yet i didnt have it.. they also told me never to email them directly yet thats exactly what their first email said to do.. I ended up getting it later that day (Nov 2).. they have no phone number to call.. so you have to email.. then they say dont email but rather "open a ticket".. Poor customer service.. No way to track your order correctly.. all in all.. i was disappointed after seeing such great things.. Ill never order through them again.. The plus is product works and got here pretty quick.."
