I tried tracking the order on your website to no avail. When I phoned you I was told that the phone first had to be refurbished before shipping. Nowhere on the website was that indicated. I am satisfied with the phone now that I have it but am disappointed in the inaccuracy of your reported delivery time since I was without a phone in my office for all that time at great inconvenience."
